Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed
Once a transaction is confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain, it is final. It cannot be cancelled, recalled or refunded by us, by you, or by anyone else — there is no chargeback and no undo.
This matters most in one situation: if you provide the wrong receiving address, the bitcoin goes to that address and we cannot get it back. Check the address on your screen before you confirm. Once the transaction is confirmed we are no longer able to provide support for it.

Acknowledgement
These terms govern your use of this website and of the bitcoin machines operated by QuickieCoin. By using either, you agree to them. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and the records we are required to keep and report.
Verification
As a registered money services business we are required to identify and verify customers, and the verification we ask for scales with the size of the transaction. We may decline a transaction, or stop one in progress, where we cannot complete verification, where we are required to by law or by sanctions screening, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, coercion or misuse. We are not always permitted to tell you why.
Rates and fees
The exchange rate and fee applied to a machine transaction are displayed on the machine before you confirm, and it is that displayed figure that governs. Bitcoin prices move continuously; any price shown on this website is indicative only and is not an offer. For wire transactions the rate is agreed with you in writing before you send funds.
Scam warning
No government agency, court, utility, bank, police force or employer will ever ask you to pay them using a bitcoin machine. Nobody legitimate will call you and direct you to one. If someone is on the phone with you while you use our machine, or has sent you an address to send bitcoin to in order to resolve a debt, warrant, fine or account problem, it is a scam and you should stop and call us on 201‑419‑5933. We would much rather take that call before the transaction than after, because after, we cannot reverse it.
Your responsibilities
- You control your own bitcoin wallet and its keys. QuickieCoin never holds, custodies or has access to your wallet or its keys, and cannot recover them for you.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the receiving address you present.
- You may use the service only for lawful purposes, and only on your own behalf — not for someone else who is directing you.
- You are responsible for any tax arising from your transactions. We do not give tax, legal or investment advice.
Machine availability
Machines are in host businesses and are subject to those businesses' opening hours. We do not guarantee that any particular machine is available, stocked with cash, or in service at any given time. Hours shown on this site come from our directory and may be out of date; call us if you are travelling any distance.
No investment advice
Nothing on this website or on our machines is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell bitcoin. Bitcoin is volatile and you may lose money. Decisions you make are your own.

This site may link to sites we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickieCoin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If you have a problem, contact us first at team@quickiecoin.com or 201‑419‑5933 — most things are resolved that way, and we would rather hear from you than not.
Changes
We may amend these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and the current version always appears on this page.
