Privacy Policy
This policy describes what QuickieCoin NJ LLC (“QuickieCoin”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, what we do with it, and how long we keep it. It covers quickiecoin.com. Information collected at one of our bitcoin machines is governed by the notices and terms presented on the machine itself and by our obligations as a registered money services business, described below.

What this website collects
The website itself has no accounts and no logins. There are exactly two places where you can hand us information, and both are optional:
- The contact form. Your name, email address and the message you write.
- The wire desk form. Your name, email address, an optional phone number, an approximate purchase amount you pick from a list, and an optional note.
Both forms are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us. Netlify also records standard server request data — IP address, user agent, the pages requested and when — as part of serving and protecting the site.
We also run Smallchat, the chat bubble in the corner. If you open it and send a message, Smallchat receives that message and whatever contact details you choose to type into it, and relays them to us. If you do not open it, it does not collect a conversation.
This site runs Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and links people use. It sets Google's cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, the pages you view, and basic device and referral information. We read it only in aggregate. We have not enabled Google Signals or advertising personalisation, we have turned off sharing this data with Google for its own product, benchmarking or marketing purposes, and event data is deleted after 14 months. You can opt out across every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site — nothing on the site depends on them.
This site runs no advertising and no advertising pixels. Third parties listed below may set their own cookies or storage; see their policies.
Third parties your browser contacts
Loading this site causes your browser to make requests to the following services. Each of them necessarily sees your IP address and basic request information:
- Netlify — hosting, and form submissions.
- Sanity — our content management system, which supplies the machine directory and FAQ text.
- Coinbase — queried for the displayed bitcoin price. We send no information about you.
- Esri / ArcGIS — map tiles for the locations map.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used on the site.
- Google Analytics — visit measurement, described above.
- Smallchat — the chat widget.
We do not control these services and this policy does not govern them.
What we do with it
We use what you send us to answer you, to work out whether we can help, and to carry out the transaction if you go on to do one. We use aggregate request data to keep the site working and to detect abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone's marketing or advertising. We do not run advertising on this site.
Money services business records — please read this
QuickieCoin is a money services business registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), part of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. That status carries legal obligations that override any general assurance about not sharing information, and we would rather state them plainly than imply a level of confidentiality we cannot deliver:
- We are required to identify and verify customers and to keep records of transactions. The verification we ask for scales with the size of the transaction.
- We are required to retain those records for periods fixed by federal regulation, which are typically years, and which are longer than we would otherwise keep anything.
- We are required to report certain transactions and activity to federal authorities. Some of these reports are filed without notice to the customer, and in the case of suspicious activity reports, the law prohibits us from telling you that one has been filed or what it contained.
- We may be required to disclose information in response to a subpoena, court order, or a lawful request from a regulator or law enforcement agency.
- We screen against sanctions lists as required by the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
These obligations apply regardless of anything else in this policy. If that is not acceptable to you, do not transact with us.
How long we keep things
Form submissions and chat transcripts are kept while we are dealing with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Transaction and customer identification records are kept for the periods federal regulation requires, which we cannot shorten at your request.
Sharing
Beyond the regulatory reporting described above, we share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf in order to run the business (for example our hosting and chat providers), and where required by law. If QuickieCoin were sold or merged, customer records would transfer with the business, subject to the same obligations.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No website or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can use this website without submitting anything: reading the locations, the FAQ and this policy requires no information from you. If you have sent us a form or a chat message and want it deleted, email team@quickiecoin.com and we will remove what we are not legally required to retain. New Jersey residents have rights under state consumer protection law; contact us and we will respond.
Children
This service is not directed to anyone under 18, and our machines are not for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and the current version always appears on this page.
